Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We ship via UPS Ground and USPS Ground Advantage across the contiguous United States.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped — not when it was placed. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier disruptions outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and destination.
Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders. Check for any active promotions at checkout. Orders may not be modified or canceled once processing has begun. Refusal or failure to accept delivery may result in return shipping charges being deducted from any refund.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly on the UPS or USPS website using that number.
If you haven't received tracking info within 3 business days of placing your order, reach out to us at support@iamalphaapparel.com.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please note: IAMALPHA is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you catch an error, contact us immediately at support@iamalphaapparel.com — we'll do our best to make it right before the order ships.
