Refund policy

We want you to love your IAMALPHA gear. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or online credit.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Free of stains, odors, or damage
• Returned with original tags and packaging

Please note:

• Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the return is approved and received, typically within 5–10 business days.
• IAMALPHA reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.
